End of Year Chromebook and Textbook Check-In Schedule
Since our IVA students will be needing their Chromebooks on the last day of school, we wanted to provide our parents with some options on returning these devices and textbooks. Please make sure that you drop off your children’s Chromebooks, the Chromebook charger, and any textbooks that need to be returned to Cypress Village Elementary during the times below:

-Friday, June 4th: 1:30pm-3:30pm

-Monday, June 7th: 8:00am-1:00pm

-Tuesday, June 8th: 8:00am-1:00pm

Our check-in will be operating via a walk-up method. We will strive to maintain social distancing, and will be wearing appropriate PPE. In order to maintain social distancing and to keep the number of people waiting to a minimum, we ask that you keep the number of people in your party as small as possible.

If your child will be participating in any of the Summer School programs, such as the IUSD Learning Recovery Academy or the IPSF Summer School Academy, you may keep your Chromebook for the duration of the summer school program your child is attending. If this fits your criteria, please make sure to fill out the IUSD Summer School 2021 - Device Needs Form. To access the form, CLICK HERE
