Parent Volunteers
CLICK HERE for the community letter sent on Monday.
As our staff prepares for the process of reopening our site to our much appreciated parent volunteers, we would like to remind you of the following information regarding our volunteer RAPTOR system that is required for all volunteers and visitors on our site. As a reminder, all volunteers must have a completed volunteer application and show proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Volunteers are required to pre-register online from home in the Raptor Volunteer registration system. If a parent renewed their application during data confirmation for this school year, they do not need to apply again.

  1. When volunteering, volunteers will check-in through the front office and must bring the following:
    1. A government-issued ID.  (Driver License, CA ID, Passport)
    2. Original Covid-19 Vaccination record or an electronic vaccination record
  2. Completion of volunteer registration in the front office may take 5+ minutes.  We recommend volunteers arrive earlier than their scheduled volunteer time to complete the registration process in the front office.
  3. Masks must be worn at all times while on campus and be COVID-19 symptom-free.
  4. Volunteers must sign out in the front office before they leave campus.

OCFA November Campaign
The topics for NOVEMBER focus on Holiday Fire Safety, including cooking safety and using fire extinguishers.  Did you know that more cooking fires are reported on Thanksgiving Day than any other day of the year, followed by Christmas and Christmas Eve?  Following the safety tips included on our flyers and in our social media posts will enable you to spend time with family and friends instead of firefighters this holiday season.

IPSF: Ignite Potential
IPSF is honored to be one of the outstanding organizations participating in the Igniting Potential community initiative to raise funds to support the youth in Orange County. Funds raised for IPSF today will specifically support mental health resources in our schools. During this turbulent time, it is even more crucial for us to support the well-being of the whole child, including mental health.

For this day, IPSF Board Chairman Mike Breller and his wife Peilin would like to challenge the community to match the $10,000 they’ve raised from the generosity of their friends! In addition, all donations are also matched by City of Irvine. It is only with your support that we can reach our $20,000 goal!

Give today and double your impact!
