Thursday, October 31, Cypress Village students will have the option to come dressed as a literary character, famous person, or in an appropriate harvest costume. Students are invited to wear outfits/costumes that represent positive characters, such as literary figures or famous role models. We request that students wear outfits/costumes that can be easily worn throughout the day. Masks, face paint, hair color, toy weapons or props promoting violence are not allowed. Please keep our dress code in mind and be sure your child wears an appropriate outfit/costume to school. If the costume is not appropriate or becomes a distraction in the classroom the student will be sent to the office to change.
Our primary students in grades TK-3 will participate in our Harvest Parade. The parade will take place at 8:30 am on the basketball courts near the lunch tables. Parents are invited to the Harvest Parade and can wait at the lunch tables until the parade begins at 8:30.
TK/Kinder families please follow communication from classroom teachers regarding TK/kinder schedule for this day, participation in primary parade and classroom activities.
